Whether your first navigation dive or not, the satisfaction and pride you feel when you navigate a distance or specific navigation pattern and hit your mark dead-on is priceless! This course teaches you a systematic, methodical way to enjoy underwater navigation using a compass as well as natural features you see underwater. You will then move into a large pool (Optional) where you will have ample space to practice using a compass and to revise your underwater skills. During your open water dives you will be assisted by your personal instructor to practice various navigation skills and patterns to make you an excellent underwater navigator!

PADI – NAVIGATION

  • Map a marked course on a grid slate.
